Alexia is a leader in the international development of hybrid hospitality and coliving concepts, overseeing the sourcing, scoping and development of hospitality, hybrid models and living projects throughout Europe. 

She collaborates with global brands, large-scale initiatives and emerging concepts, assisting them in optimising their positioning, business models and full development process from acquisition to operation. 

With a particular focus on sustainability, she has expertise in large-scale new builds, refurbishments and green renovations, incorporating strong ESG components to your projects. 

Former strategy consultant, Alexia entered the Real Estate industry, occupying various positions at The Social Hub (previously The Student Hotel) during their expansion phase in the EU. She then joined Cycas Hospitality, as Feasibility & Development Director. In 2020, she created her own consulting structure and is now supporting various innovative brands and hybrid concepts to develop across Europe.
